There are two sections of the content in this guidebook. The first part is the main section of the river basin CRVA process building guideline adapted to suit Thai context by the working group; comprising basic principles, risk and vulnerability elements, proper data and indicators selection, field survey design and development; to be a guideline for river basin CRVA process development in Thailand. The later part is the application manual of the analytical outcome from CRVA process development in the study area of the Yom and the Sakae Krang river basins, considering the issue of flood and drought risks in sub-district and sub-basin levels.
